The Tempe Men’s Rugby Club’s coaching staff is led by ling time Coaching legend and USA Rugby Hall of Fame inductee Salty Thompson. Salty is the current EIRA (Eagle Impact Rugby Academy) Director of Rugby. The cub’s culture consists of a competitive attitude and focus and a winning tradition.
